Personalised Service

Roseleigh Homes offer you service from beginning to end. Pre construction RH consultants guide you through the choice of various designs, assesses orientation of the home and individualizes each plan for you, provides preliminary costings and assess your site for suitability.

Once you are happy with the design and costing, Roseleigh Homes will then conduct the preliminary works such as initial plan drawing, engineering, soil testing etc and your site cost assessment. Meanwhile an additional meeting is held with you to finalise colors and inclusions and any additional items required. We will then provide you with the final quote including the additional items and site costs.

Contracts, specifications and final plans are then drawn up so that you can sign off so that building permits can be obtained. Once the Permit is issued we can then begin construction. During this time you will have direct contact with the supervisor in charge of overseeing the construction of your home. He will provide you with updates and inspections at various stages of the construction of your home.

Prior to completion you will be invited to a final inspection of your new home where it will be noted anything that does not meet expectations.  After all the finer details are in order and approval has been met, we will then hand over your new Roseleigh Homes home. It does not end there - there will be a 3 month maintenance period which any issues that may arise after hand over will be attended to plus the peace of mind of our 7yr structural warranty.
