Manningham Court, Warragul

About the Home

The home has been designed with angular lines, divided into three distinctive sections, given the site’s position within the bowl of the Court and narrow street frontage. The design makes use of the natural contours and elevated position that features views to the north.

Upon approach and entering, the home features a large internal/external blade concrete block wall, which provides privacy to the alfresco area and creates texture and interest. With a step down into the living area, featuring burnished polished concrete, the raised 3 metre ceiling, large 6.4 metre sliding stacker doors, oriented to the north and leading out to the alfresco area, creates an impressive, lightfilled, modern space. The sleek, clean-lined white matt vinyl wrap kitchen, with oversized island bench, featuring oak floor cladding, compliments this contemporary home.

The master suite, comprising a separate section of the home, is located on the east, which offers spacious accommodation, together with a luxurious ensuite with floor to ceiling tiling, featuring an egg shaped freestanding bath which forms the centrepiece to the room.

The remaining rooms of the home are located on the opposite side of the main living area, rotated at a different angle and providing three further bedrooms, bathroom and laundry. The home is clad externally in light coloured render with contrasting black windows, with feature timber silvertop ash shiplap cladding above and below awning windows to the front and side of the home, providing it with a distinctively unique façade.
