About the Home

The focus of this project was to ensure the house design utilised the elevated corner block position, whilst capturing the views to the lake and wetlands of Jacksons Views Estate.

The exterior of the home incorporates a neutral toned colour palette through the use of render in polished concrete finish, James Hardie Axon cladding in Surfmist and earthy lime washed Daniel Robertson bricks.

The unique footprint of the home, with a combination of gable and flat roof profiles, has been designed to create interest and add to the home's individuality and nontraditional style.

Internally, the home opens into a spacious entry leading to an impressive light-filled open plan kitchen, meals and living area, with vaulted ceiling rising up to 4.3 metres in height. The vaulted roof is complimented by highlight windows, ensuring that the main living area of the home is open, light and bright. The vaulted ceiling continues outside to the under roofline alfresco for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The floor plan provides ample family accommodation with four bedrooms, two living areas and an oversized butler's pantry.
